Hakan started his career as an electrical engineering working in the defense industry. After 6 months he moved to consulting, spending over 4 years working as a consultant at Accenture in the Chicago office. During his time at Accenture, Hakan worked on various projects ranging from logistics to healthcare firms. He has extensive experience in project management, operation/business analysis and technology development.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Oxford University Said Business School. |

| Kerem has over 10 years of investment experience in financial markets across multiple asset classes including managing public equity portfolios and private equity investments. Kerem was a founding member of the Dubai Investment Group (DIG) the investment office of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai. Prior to becoming a manager at Hedge Fund of Funds and Member of the Investment Committee at DIG, Kerem served as a senior analyst for several real estate based investments. These include DIG's partnership with Citigroup Alternative Investments - Estithmaar Islamic Real Estate Fund, a European Real Estate Private Equity Fund. He has played a leadership role in the financial structuring and funding of several large real estate development projects, including the Jumeirah Beach Residence in Dubai. Prior to joining DIG at its inception, he was a senior trader at Citigroup, N.A. Treasury in Dubai. Kerem also serves as a Member of the Executive Board at Zeynep Mutlu Education Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bentley College (USA) and an MBA from Warwick Business School (UK). |

| Can KARAŞIKLI has significant professional experience in finance industry including
investment banking, leasing, factoring and insurance. Can KARAŞIKLI has worked for several finance companies holding positions from assistant manager up to managing director and board member. He currently acts as an independent financial consultant and non-executive board member of several companies. Can KARAŞIKLI also lectures corporate finance and modern methods of finance courses at MBA programs. He holds a BA degree in management from Boğaziçi University, Istanbul.
